Cause · Women & Creative Leadership

More women behind the stories.More women leading the industry.

Supporting professional access, creative leadership, career development, and entrepreneurship for women in entertainment and media.

The problem / the opportunity

Why this cause matters.

Women remain underrepresented behind the camera and in executive roles, and the gap has been moving in the wrong direction. The opportunity is to build professional pathways across creative, technical, business, and executive functions — for producers, filmmakers, writers, marketers, executives, designers, production managers, and entrepreneurs.

The initiative's own creative and production leadership is experienced and women-led, and its programs are designed to open the same doors for the next generation.

How entertainment connects

The story is the platform.

Program opportunities pair training with paid, supervised experience on developing projects — so leadership skills are built on real productions, not just in classrooms.
