Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you submit a partnership or support inquiry, we collect the information you provide: name, email, organization, role, supporter type, campaign / cause / project interests, potential commitment range, preferred partnership type, message, and the page you inquired from. We also collect standard, privacy-respecting usage data needed to operate the site.

How we use it. Inquiry data is used solely to respond to your interest in The Culture Works Initiative — to follow up on partnership, sponsorship and support conversations. We do not sell inquiry data, and it is not accessible through public interfaces.

Where it is stored. Inquiries are stored in a secured, access-controlled database. Only authorized members of the initiative's team can view them.

Consent. We ask for your consent before contacting you. You may withdraw consent or request deletion of your inquiry at any time by replying to any follow-up message.

Communications. Until an email service is configured, inquiries receive a confirmation that the inquiry was recorded and will be reviewed. We do not send marketing email.

Donations. Charitable donation collection is not yet active. It becomes available only after an authorized, compliant receiving organization or fiscal sponsor and approved payment destination are configured. Until then, the ways to act are to express your interest, pledge your support, or discuss a charitable gift.
