Creating pathways into the careers behind film, music, marketing, media, and live entertainment.
The problem / the opportunity
Entertainment is powered by a large workforce of professionals whose skills can translate into income, businesses, and sustainable careers. Yet entry into these industries often depends on access to relationships, training, professional experience, and economic resources that are unevenly distributed.
Reducing those barriers through practical education and compensated professional assignments turns creative talent into career capacity — for the participant, their household, and their local economy.

How entertainment connects
Our slate of developing film, television, marketing and live-event projects functions as a working classroom: supervised, compensated assignments with documented learning objectives.
Proposed program
A connected set of programs — fellowships, apprenticeships, workshops and mentorship — each with defined activities, eligible funding uses, and measurable outcomes.
Proposed outcomes — planned, not yet achieved.
Take the next step
Charitable contributions support eligible educational and community impact activities — not automatically the financing of a commercial feature film.
